Today's photo marks the first of yet another series: pictures of pictures. Call it a strange habit, but I'm always on the lookout for other people snapping photos. There's something so interesting in that candid second when other people are posing for a photo. I'm not sure what it is exactly, but has something to do with freezing a moment in time while that same moment is being frozen in time for some complete strangers. We are now forever linked and I don't even know their names. -- This photo was taken outside the Library of Congress in Washington, DC.
